We are steadfast to promote peaceful and inclusive societies through understanding and address of the matters of individual and community resilience, acknowledgement of the drivers of radicalisation, susceptibility to negative influences, and need for cultivation of legal consciousness. Moreover, we are committed to attending to the issues of culture, religion and governance, understanding of socio-economic-cultural development, integration, nation and society building while mindful of interpersonal and intergroup dynamics.

Our access to literary resources, organised and agile research enabled data channels, advantage of range of technology enabled solutions for production, presentation, and communication brings us closer to tackling the security challenges, societal complexity, and meeting the developmental needs of the diverse public across range of geopolitical areas.

We are impartial and international. Use of case studies and exploration of events is attempted to the highest accordance with academic data, methodological approaches, and consideration and inclusion of diverse voices.
Sex and gender pertain to the power dynamics and power inequities embodied in history. History of gender transforms the understanding of the past and enables to make sense of the socio-economic-cultural-political present. Stereotypes entrench the representation of gender and permeate media, political participation, sports, and all other areas of life and development. Negative gendered perceptions and further negative influences lead to increased violence, sexualisation, negative body image and overall inflict insecurity and undermine well-being. We acknowledge the need for integrity of gender awareness and gender sensitivity throughout our work.

The work of dk360net has been founded by Daria Kotova who is a researcher and consultant with interest in counter-extremism and counter-terrorism, ethnocide and genocide, culture and society. “My education in Religious Studies in North America has became a significant contribution to further professional development. In fact, I think methodologically we have been faced with entire perplexity of human experiences and expressions. However not in-depth, in-depth became something for each of us to decide and for me it became initially exploring religion, resilience and radicalisation. I do not exclude further passion for sociology to be taken by me into criminological and legal studies at some stage in my life.”, says Daria.

Work is primarily situated between North America; transcontinental Russian Federation; Southeastern, Southern, Central, Western Europe; and Middle East.

Journalistic interest in human affairs, social concerns, cultural and creative sectors became a huge contribution to current public relations work. Daria furthermore clarifies, “I became introduced to journalism – investigative, solutions, data – during COVID-19. We have all gone digital and even reporters who were never health reporters became somehow involved in the coverage of a pandemic. Then we also had the Black Lives Matter. Later I completed a public relations and working with the media specialization, there is a value in good writing.”

Currently Daria is involved in public relations and administrative capacity in a non-profit sector, enabling the work to integrate marginalized, racialized, incarcerated and former incarcerated women (and their children) and to uphold interests of the community in which the organization is located. “Being able to better understand criminal justice system, penal system, and legal system overall while working in public interest is tremendous experience.”, says Daria.

Daria further produces range of artistic works, as well as branding and graphic design professional positioned under Minded Новые Медиа (international transliteration: Minded Novie Media).
